STANDARDS, REGULATIONS AND GUIDANCE

The documents listed here govern how building owners and operators must consider fire dampers in their standard maintenance programs and how we operate to ensure that related works and reports are compliant with current standards and norms.

BS 9999 tells us how often fire dampers should be tested (at least annually), who should be testing them (competent persons) and what records need to be kept.
